Former Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff will serve on the board of directors at KeyPoint Government Solutions, which provides security-clearance background investigations as well as monitoring and fraud prevention services for government agencies.Chertoff, who served in the last Bush administration, is now managing partner and co-founder of the Chertoff Group, a risk management and security consulting company, and is senior of counsel at the Washington law firm Covington & Burling.
Chertoff had been a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit and, earlier, a federal prosecutor.
