From HS Today:

As of May, four components of the Department of Justice (DOJ) had either tested for evaluation or flown Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) to support their operations. The FBI, however, is the only DOJ component that’s actually deployed UAS to support its mission, according to an interim audit by DOJ’s Inspector General (IG). The Interim Report of the Department of Justice’s Use and Support of Unmanned Aircraft Systems, released last week, said the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) reported that it plans to deploy UAS to support future operations, while the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and United States Marshals Service (USMS) have acquired UAS for testing.
