Recently, Security Debrief contirbutor, Scott Borgerson, testified in front of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs. The committee hearing, titled, “Climate Change and the Arctic: New Frontiers of National Security”, examined the changing dynamic of the Artic Circle as the effects of global warming continue.
