Fierce Homeland Security

A new web portal will soon help train law enforcement officers to counter violent extremism, the Homeland Security Department’s Scott McAllister said at a Sept. 19 Senate hearing. McAllister, the deputy undersecretary for the state and local program office within DHS’s intelligence and analysis office, testified before the Senate Judiciary subcommittee on the Constitution, civil rights and human rights.

  • DHS training states that extrmists include returning veterans and supporters of the US Constitution. It’s the DHS that are extremists, the strong are of a tyrannical regime. Wake up America to the NDAA, FEMA camps, domestic drones, HR 347, SB 1813 & National Defense resource Preparedness Executive Order.

    So, The Department of Homeland Security is training our Law Enforcement to fight
    terrorism. Yet, we are the terrorists. So someone who believes the Constitution actually has merit, or is suspicious of centralized federal authority is to be feared. And now, DHS is training the people who should be on our side to be suspicious of
    us. ………….Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?……..Who Will Watch The Watchers? “Satires of Juvenal”

    Their definition of terrorists include people that speak out against the government……let that sink in for a minute.

  • Mike

    Really? Terrorists include people who support individual liberty, civil liberties granted by our Constitution, and those who want a limited federal government like our founding fathers intended are now terrorist suspects? Even all the “paranoia” aside, can we at least agree this is a waste of time and a waste of tax payer dollars? We’re quickly approaching a new McCarthy era…. your neighbor could be a terrorist, oh no! I really hope people don’t fall for this.

    The militarizing of Police officers is another step of violent unlawful aggression towards Americans. All hale the American Statzi/Gestapo. I think not.

    Each and every human being was born with certain un-alienable rights;
    the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are some of
    those rights and the Constitution backs these rights up. Swat teams
    kicking in doors of law abiding citizens based on a “suspicion” without a
    warrant is un-acceptable, un-American, and un-Constitutional. The
    excessive use of force being displayed all over the country on families
    that pose minimal threat or no threat at all must not continue
