Dr. Doron Pely is an expert on Muslim/Arab conflict management, homegrown violent extremism and risk assessment and mitigation. Currently, Doron is a teaching and research fellow at the University of Southern California (USC) Safe Community Institute (SCI), where he teaches cross cultural conflict management, conflict de-escalation, and community resilience. Doron is also a lecturer in Israel, at Bar Ilan University’s Graduate Program in Conflict Management and Negotiations; he is the author of dozens of research papers, newspaper articles, geopolitical analysis reports, and several books including, Muslim/Arab Mediation and Conflict Resolution: Understanding Sulha (Routledge: London, 2016).
