British immigration officials in Pakistan have just 11 minutes to check each visa application fuelling concerns over security, The Daily Telegraph can disclose. Officials are also not checking supporting evidence in thousands of applications from that country and Afghanistan – two of the world’s largest terrorism hotbeds.
