    There are technical problems with the Global Entry (and maybe the other programs too). The fingerprint system fails about 25% of the time according to the CBP person I spoke to (I am in the program). I don’t think the technology is very good in terms of reliability and it should be replaced with a better system (like a different biometric such as retina scan or face scan).
