The George Washington University Homeland Security Policy Institute welcomes you to join an HSPI Policy and Research Forum event featuring Kip Hawley, Former Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and author of Permanent Emergency: Inside the TSA and the Fight for the Future of American Security. At the event, to be held Thursday, April 26, 2012, from 3:30 – 5:00pm, Hawley will discuss risk-based, intelligence-driven counterterrorism efforts, and will highlight the layered security approach and advances of TSA technology over the last decade.
