From HSToday:

A coalition of associations representing air freight forwarding companies has voiced concerns about expanding the Air Cargo Advanced Screening (ACAS) program…The Airforwarders Association, National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of America, International Air Cargo Association and Express Delivery and Logistics Association jointly sent letters to CBP and Transportation Security Administration (TSA). While noting that they supported the concept of the ACAS program’s risk-based analysis at the shipment level, they expressed concern about “certain issues which we feel have not yet been fully resolved within the ACAS pilot.”
