From The Washington Post:

The D.C. emergency management agency is reviewing whether firefighters’ radios were working properly when they responded to an emergency in a Metro tunnel on Monday, city officials said Thursday. Mayor Muriel Bowser said at a news conference about Monday’s Metro disaster at L’Enfant Plaza, when one passenger in a smoke-filled Metro train died and 83 others were hospitalized, that the radios were “a significant issue.”
