Fifty-eight management and disaster relief fund audit reports by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Inspector General (IG) identified $88.6 million in questioned costs and $8.9 million in funds that could be put to better use…The IG made 325 recommendations to improve DHS programs and operations “in which we identified waste and vulnerabilities,” the IG said.
