DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson made the first of four appearances this week to defend the President’s fiscal year 2015 budget request on Capitol Hill, appearing before the House Homeland Security Appropriations Subcommittee. Full Committee Chairman Hal Rogers (R-Ky.) participated in the hearing.
